Kyle's New Friend

This Hershey. She is a 14 year old Rocky Mountain. I've never seen Kyle enjoy a horse more. She maybe small but she moves like a dream.

New Horse for Kyle

As some of you might know we've had Rowdy down here for the past year. Unfortunately we are putting him down. So Cori and I have been looking for a new horse for Kyle. We found her this weekend. She is a Rocky Mt. breed and comes with a side kick, her 7 month old colt. Kyle actually had the best ride he has ever had on her Saturday. We pick her up this week and then we are taking the baby up to Utah in May to grow big and strong with the rest of the horses until he is 3 years old. Names: TBD

Zayne Mad at Grandma

I fed Zayne for the fist time rice cereal. He started chewing on his spoon and when I took it out of his mouth to give him more cereal he got very upset with Grandma and stayed upset with me the rest of the night. It was quite entertaining.

This is about 20 minutes from our house. We actually came up on a Bald Eagle on this outing. I'll be sad for Kyle to go back to work in a week we have really had a fun time. Thanks again for all the prayers on our behalf.

Kyle has found his new career, bike repair. Actually he is hoping to get back into aerospace again. This is just something to keep him busy and to sharpen up his engineering skills.

Lance and I spent a wonderful cool 3 day in Washington. We went to our friend Greg's wedding and then did some sight seeing. We wish we would have taken our passports because we were so close to the B.C. border. Lance loved the cool weather and I got excited every time the sun came out.

New Ranch Kitten

Kyle found this cute little kitten at the feed store to occupy the barn. There is only one problem, he likes people way more than the other barn cats. Very people friendly. We've named him Gray after Grandpa Lindahl

Willow Creek Ride

This is our favorite ride when here in Utah. We saw a black bear before we even got out of the car. On the ride we saw a beautiful bull elk. What a beautiful place and wonderful time.

Lance is now 19. He is living at home again and getting ready to start back up at college after taking a break this semester. He is still doing his music and just hanging around right now.

This is our new grandson Zayne. He was born July 13, 2008. He weighed in at 8lbs 14oz. Mother and child are doing great. We are absolutely enjoying him and are very grateful he lives so close.
